Backup and disaster recovery you can trust

Backups only matter when you need to restore. We protect servers, Microsoft 365 and laptops, keep copies safe from ransomware, and test restores on a schedule.

At a glance
  • Microsoft 365 backup for mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
  • Server, virtual machine and NAS backup
  • Off-site and cloud copies, with immutable storage against ransomware
  • Daily monitoring of every backup job

Overview

We regularly meet companies who believed they had backups, until the day they needed one. The job had been failing for months, or the copy sat on the same network that ransomware encrypted.

Our approach follows the 3-2-1 rule: three copies, on two types of storage, with one off-site. We monitor every job daily and run restore tests, so recovery is a known process, not a hope.

Frequently asked questions

Doesn't Microsoft already back up Microsoft 365?

Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted or encrypted data is only kept for a limited time. A separate backup protects you from accidental deletion, ransomware and departing staff.

How often do you test restores?

At least quarterly for critical systems, and after any major change. You receive a short report each time.

What is immutable backup?

A copy that cannot be changed or deleted for a set period, even by an administrator account. It is one of the strongest defences against ransomware.
